ENTER 2020: Stepping Forward by Learning from the Past

2020  marks the opening of a new world era signified by rare outer planetary alignments. It is a significant year that  requires a new set of rules and assumptions about time and reality along with new approaches to leadership, governance, care for the environment and serious visions for the future. 2020 presents a turning point where the implications of ‘modern living’ have become very real and personal. On a socio-political level, it signifies the peak of autocratic rule while a shift to movements that support the common good will increasingly gain importance by the end of 2020.

Month Ahead December 2019 -

December opens with both Mercury and Mars in Scorpio keeping motivation going strong. Completing a two-month extended stay (due to the recent retrograde) December 9, Mercury will leave Scorpio for a quick stint through Sagittarius (to December 28). The transit is well timed for putting a smile on it and all the extras that this time of year brings. (By all means, make sure to include yourself on the gift list and do something that makes you feel good about yourself.)

Defensive Line: Mars in Scorpio 19 November 2019 – 3 January 2020

If the best defense is a good offense, we’re likely to feel very safe over the six weeks that Mars traverses his second home of Scorpio. Yet for many of us, there could be some anxieties brewing as the Cosmic Warrior is both active and reactive after being bogged down by paperwork and procedures in Libra. Mars plays defense in the sign of the scorpion. He’s up on the castle walls, firing catapults and arrows at the invaders – and perhaps also mistakenly at guests and well-meaning visitors. Usually, he fires a few warning shots before taking serious aim, but that may not be the case this time around.

The Great Planetary Cycles of 2020 and
Your Personal Well-being

The Great Planetary Cycles of 2020 and Your Personal Well-beingDuring January until December 2020 we will experience the very rare triple conjunction of Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto. This not only marks the beginning of three new cycles but also their endings. On January 12, 2020 Saturn and Pluto will make their exact conjunction in Capricorn, while Jupiter and Pluto will meet three times during April and November in the ambitious and conservative sign of the Mountain Goat. However, Jupiter and Saturn will move into innovative Aquarius before they make their conjunction on December 21st 2020, the time of our summer solstice.

Mercury TRANSIT November 11th, 2019

On Monday, 2019 November 11, Mercury will transit the Sun for the first time since 2016. The transit or eclipse of a planet across the face of the Sun is a relatively rare occurrence. As seen from Earth, only transits of Mercury and Venus are possible. There are approximately 13 transits of Mercury each century. In comparison, transits of Venus occur in pairs with more than a century separating each pair. • ‘Transit of Mercury’ – or Mercury moving over the face of the Sun (eclipsing)– always when Mercury is retrograde • Occurs on Nov 11th 2019 @ 19 degrees Scorpio - takes around 7 hours to pass by the Sun • Always on Taurus/Scorpio axis – last one in 2016 was in Taurus – previous 2006 in Scorpio.   It occurs because Mercury and the Sun line up, syzygy like an eclipse at the North Node of Mercury(Mercury's crossing point wth the ecliptic, Sun's path. • Next one not until Nov 13th 2032!

Month Ahead November 2019 - Sun Sign Horoscopes

Mercury retrograde tours Scorpio to November 20. This peel it back transit can be hard hitting if it makes direct contact to your chart. To the plus, it can be useful for getting to the core of what the issue is. Mercury retrograde is always a productive time for reflection and re-examination. Revisit, regroup, reprioritize. Venus in Sagittarius (November 1 to 25) accompanies the Mercury retrograde introspection. Together they serve to broaden the scope, true your aim, and enrich both the process and the potential

Chaos inspires the Dancing Star Full Moon 20°Aries 13th October @21:07UT

The above title is for the initial impression of a lively and vital, intrepid Full Aries Moon horoscope – one that constellates so many different areas of life; it comes from a quote written by 19th Century existential philosopher Fredrich Nietzsche, who says in full “You must still have chaos within your soul to give birth to a Dancing Star”. ‘To give birth’ symbolises bringing forth a creative project, heralding joy with a crowning moment announcing the entrance of something or someone dashing, new and exciting.

Out of Balance: Mars in Libra, 4 October to 19 November, 2019

The Cosmic Warrior strides into Libra on the 4th of October this year, only to be reminded by his host, Venus, to wipe his muddy boots – or better yet leave them at the door. Mars isn’t too happy in rule-oriented and mannered Libra, but he’ll be quite busy over the next six weeks. The theme of this time is overcoming restrictions, as we work through Mars in Libra while Mercury is retrograde (or in his shadow). Little is said or done directly, and we could feel that backroom deals are going on out of sight, or that we’re mired in bureaucracy.

Month Ahead October 2019 - Sun Sign Horoscopes

Have you felt stalled, stuck, or stymied over the past few months? That is about to change. Saturn in Capricorn has recently ended retrograde and Pluto in Capricorn will do the same just before midnight (PDT) on October 2. Time and reality’s dictates hit the forward march, now heeding a more specific drumbeat. Both transits are hard at work on the completion of lengthy chapter while also actively in script development for the next storyline. We have also been under the influence of Jupiter’s square to Neptune, a transit that has been in effect since the start of the year. Jupiter/Neptune has kept the potential and the uncertainty well afloat.

Burning Heart High Spirits ღ

Full Moon 22°24’ Aquarius 15th August 12:29 UT

Heart Fire & the Spirit of LOVEღFull Moon 22°24’ Aquarius 15th August 12:29 UT Passion and playfulness easily reach fever pitch when planets traverse the zodiacal sign of the theatrical and artistic Lion – just as the personal planets are presently doing. With a hot and fiery Leo Sun, Venus, Mercury, influential asteroid Juno, AND Mars, now upping daily drama all-the-while exuding a fierce inspiration that can also inspire joyful action, a warm heart and affectionate relations; as Leo ignites the creative spark within to connect with one’s inner child (as well as with children) for fun-packed activities, so talents and gifts can be explored and expressed. Essentially, making light of life and being with loved ones and friends and gathering under decidedly quirky Aquarian Full Moon beams (and shooting stars if you’re lucky) could be an extremely satisfying and entertaining cosmic order.

KARMIC TRANSFORMATION : Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 24° Capricorn 16th July 21:38UT

The horoscope of this Full Moon LUNAR ECLIPSE, at 24°04’Capricorn, suggests mighty strong karma at work – some good and some not so, some past, some future.
