‘Wherever you go, there you are’ – This title for a book written by mindfulness teacher Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1994 has turned into a popular saying, as many people intuitively recognise the validity of the statement, and in particular if they’ve been around long enough to live through a number of relationships. In every relationship we meet ourselves in one way or another and through the beautiful lens of astrology this becomes evident, and thus, something we can become even more conscious and aware of.

From trauma bonding, co-dependence to a myriad of creative cornucopias, astrology reveals the whole spectrum of relationship issues, from unconscious shadow material, to karmic experience,  yet also the potential for healing and co-creation.

During this lecture Sol will take us through the complex spectrum of relating and relationships, and different attachment styles, by learning to read their make-up, through the lens of  astrology and composite charts.

A composite chart is a chart that is composed of the planetary midpoints of two natal charts, one of the types of charts used for relationship astrology.
