The C*I*A warmly invites you to join us on a rare and meaningful journey a Venus pilgrimage in the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico, on the ancestral lands of the ancient Maya. We will gather at an extraordinary moment, as Venus reaches her brightest phase as Evening Star, just before her descent, retrograde, and the final Venus Star Point in Scorpio of our era.
Across cultures, Venus marks the eternal rhythm of birth, ascent, descent, and renewal. Moving through five sacred cycles, her spiral of evolution mirrors the Fibonacci pattern woven throughout life itself. At this luminous celestial moment, we are invited to walk this spiral consciously through astrology, archaeology, culture, land, history, ritual, art, food, and relationship. Together, we will fully embrace the teachings of this cycle, immersing ourselves in Venus as cultural hero through Mayan archaeology, architecture, astronomy, and cosmology.
The Yucatán is a land built for Venus. From temples precisely aligned to her cycles to a living cosmology rich with memory and myth, the land and sky become active participants in our journey. Here, nature, sacred sites, astrological wisdom, and ceremony will weave together to support a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Guided by five exceptional astrologers and teachers, alongside Indigenous wisdom keepers, we journey with Venus through land, sky, and story allowing the ancient and the living to meet.
JOIN US IN THE YUCATAN, MEXICO
September 17th – 24th, 2026
Our pilgrimage unfolds across the sacred landscape of the Yucatán. We begin with a group pick-up at Mérida International Airport, travelling to Uxmal for two nights. Here we explore ancient sites, take guided walks, and begin our workshops and ceremonies.
We then journey through the Puuc Route, visiting lesser-known archaeological sites, before arriving at Shambalanté Retreat Centre for three nights, a space for rejuvenation, rest, embodiment, and integration.
Our journey culminates at Chichén Itzá, with two nights at Mayaland Resort. Here we gather for the Equinox to witness Kukulkán, the feathered serpent, associated with Venus, descend the steps of El Castillo pyramid. We complete our pilgrimage overlooking the ancient observatory built to track Venus and the stars.

Our retreat is designed to guide you on a full journey with Venus, exploring astrology and cosmology, the rhythm, the pattern, the cycle, through the ancient architecture, through our workshops, embodied in ritual purification, release, and renewal. This is more than a tour, it is a complete journey and a once in a lifetime opportunity and experience. As this journey was planned to happen back in 2020 but needed to be cancelled, we are more than excited to be able to make it happen this year with Venus at her peak.
