We knew the Mars Saturn conjunction at 22° 23° Aquarius would be quite powerful as it is also parallel, and that some kind of stop, halt or turnaround would occur, as Saturn also squares the Nodal axis of Taurus/Scorpio.
The conjunction is also on the 1991 August 24th Independence chart of Ukraine’s Moon 22° Aquarius, which represents the people and hardship and brutality they endure at this time. 20° Aquarius is also the Midheaven of president Zelensky.
We see also the conjunction goes straight thru Kyiv, as Russian troops somewhat retreat, with their “scorched, raped earth” policy, as they cross on angles with Ceres near Kyiv. Saturn /Mars rising, Ceres on IC.
I see dwarf planet Ceres as the equivalent of an underworld God/ess equal to the power of Pluto.
